Swedish Massage
Swedish massage relaxes muscles through pressure applied to the muscles and joints with soothing strokes returning blood to the heart. This increases oxygen flow and releases toxins built up in the muscles.

Our flowing, soothing massage with aromatic oils helps you unwind, relieves tension and feels amazing.

Integrated Deep Tissue
Our signature massage is a blend of art and science created just for you from a wonderful alliance of methods. We target your problems and connected areas to relieve pain and tension, treating their causes effectively and naturally. You'll feel the difference.

Deep tissue massage works the deeper muscles to release tension in the body, usually chronic tension. This is done with slow strokes, concentrated pressure on the tense areas and stretches to loosen muscles and fascia.

Deep tissue massage can result in soreness for a period of up to a day or two following the massage, but relief from the original pain and more comfortable mobility should follow.

Sports Massage / Athletic Therapy
This unique form of massage is typically done in conjunction with athletic events. Sports massage prepares an athlete's body for performance by relieving fatigue, reducing swelling in the muscles and joints thereby promoting flexibility and preventing injuries. Sports massage also helps heal minor injuries that can be caused by excess activity.

We work extensively with Olympic, pro and local athletes and are athletes ourselves. We understand how to help you recover better so you can perform your best.

Thai
Thai massage is an ancient Ayurvedic form of bodywork. The work is performed on a floor mat, and the client wears comfortable clothing, like that suitable for yoga. It uses stretching in combination with pressure point massage to relieve stress and relax muscles. This invigorating ancient routine will leave you feeling loose, energized and balanced.
Thai massage is not recommended if you have acute herniated discs or back injuries.

Allow 90 minutes to 2 hours.

Reflexology
This wonderful treatment benefits the whole body by working reflex points on the feet, ankles and hands. Reflexology can be done as a dedicated treatment or integrated into a massage session.

Hot Stone Massage
A marvelous massage with heated stones to ease tired muscles, melting tension and stress. The stones are usually volcanic because of their ability to absorb heat well. The therapist may place stones around your body and use other ones to massage you.

Trigger Point

Trigger Point massage works the different muscles layers individually. The therapist works surface muscles, connective tissues and deeper ligaments. This type of massage is similar to acupuncture, where pressure is placed on certain points of the body.

Trigger Point massage is usually integrated into our Deep Tissue work.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle form of energy bodywork. Using Chi or life energy, not only are the symptoms of the disease healed but also the root of the problem is found and healed. This is key because the root of the problem may be emotional, mental or spiritual.
We usually integrate reiki into our massage sessions.
